Motivational Quote of the Week:

If you want to have constant improvement in your life, you must be willing to work on what's new and difficult. If you make a habit of working on the usual, you will still get better at it. However, overtime you eventually stagnant and progress will come to a halt and you'll only be maintaining that certain level of skill, instead of building upon it. A simple example could be your willingness to improve your Roundhouse Kick, instead of practicing it one way like kicking a heavy bag. You can perform the kick in different ways you haven't done before like: isolating the kick by kicking multiple times in the air, using a kicking target at various heights or doing a speed drill. You must constantly perfect your technique by performing the maneuver in different ways to give you better overall control. Be willing to try what's new and don't cling onto the old/past, as everything that needs improvement must ditch the ineffective methods by adding new and different ones.
