Motivational Quote of the Week

"Good, better, best. Never let it rest. Til your good is better and your better is best.” -St. Jerome

In Martial Arts it’s required that you continually improve upon your own techniques before you advance through the belt system. It’s impossible for a practitioner to achieve the martial arts goal of a black belt if they only stay within their limits. Within martial arts culture the artist must embrace challenges and be willing to surpass their limits. Only through creating a habit to always strive for better, can a martial artist achieve their black belt goal. When a martial artist is able to create a productive routine they’ll be able to use it upon different aspects of their life. Their passion for martial arts will then invigorate different venues of like their: school work, job occupation and other hobbies. Embrace this martial artist lifestyle and you’ll grow to tremendous heights.
